About Andrew

Andrew is a social skills coach for students and early-career professionals, with an audience of more than 300,000 across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

He spent five years at Fidelity Investments, becoming a tech lead managing a software engineering team in his early twenties, where he watched brilliant people get overlooked because nobody had taught them to advocate for themselves. He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where he was a Zell Fellow.

He still coaches one-on-one every week. The frameworks he teaches on stage come out of those sessions, which is why they are specific enough to use.

Booking Details

How far in advance should we book? +

Four to six weeks is comfortable. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible, so it's worth asking even if your event is close.

Do you travel? +

Yes. Based outside New York City, traveling nationally. Travel and lodging are billed separately. Virtual sessions are built for a screen, not a camera pointed at a stage talk.

What audience sizes work? +

Keynotes work at any size. Hands-on workshops are best under about 50, so everyone gets reps. Larger groups can be structured in rounds.

What do you need from us? +

A microphone, a screen or projector, and a room where people can hear each other during the interactive portions. I'll send a short questionnaire beforehand so the talk is built for your group.

Do you record your sessions? +

I typically record from the back of the room for my speaking portfolio, camera on me rather than the audience. If that doesn't work for your event, say so in your inquiry and I'll leave it at home. Never a condition of booking.

Can you customize the content? +

That's the default. The talks above are the themes I'm strongest on, and nearly every one gets reshaped around the audience and what you want them doing differently afterward.
